ALDEPOL - AHAldepol - AH is the only triple action an original disinfectant for poultry and animal health available in India with proven effectiveness against VIRUS, BACTERIA and FUNGUS.
Special Features:
It can be used at low concentration. The effective concentration is only 4%.
Microbes do not develop resistance to it.
It is not toxic to birds - can be sprayed in the air, on walls and floors with the birds in the shed.
Does not cause corrosion.
Harmless to the skin in dilution.
Even if it is used at a higher concentration by error, it is not toxic to the birds. This is not so with bleaching powder or formaldehyde.

Its Effectiveness:
Aldepol - AH contains three active ingredients whilst the usual disinfectants like bleaching powder and formalin have only one. When the three ingredients act synergistically they are more potent and can therefore be used at low concentration.
Studies conducted in various laboratories in India, conclusively show that Aldepol - AH at 4% is effective against Virus, Bacteria and Fungus within 5 minutes.
A very important finding was that Aldepol - AH also kills the uncapsulated Newcastle disease (RANIKHET DISEASE) Virus in 15 minutes. These results establish the superiority of Aldepol - AH to the common Iodophor disinfectants.
Application:
Remove all the fixtures in the shed. Clean the shed thoroughly. Scrub the walls, floor and roof. Dissolve 1 litre of Aldepol - AH in 25 litres of water. Spray on the roof, walls and floor in that order. Allow the shed to dry. Admit the birds 24 hours after the spraying. Spray the walls and floor at regular intervals every 15 days with 1 litre of Aldepol - AH in 25 litres of water.
Aldepol - AH has no adverse effect on housed birds. However, DO NOT SPRAY ON BIRDS DIRECTLY. When there is an outbreak of disease such as Ranikhet, Chronic Respiratory Disease, Infectious Bronchitis, Collibacillosis, Spirochaetosis, Salmonellosis, Wing rot and Fowl pox: Remove waterers and feeders. Wash them, spray with Aldepol - AH. Allow to dry thoroughly.
Spray Aldepol - AH on roof, floor, walls of the sheds. Ensure removal of litter before spraying in cages / sheds.

The studies showed that Aldepol - AH is superior to formalin without its undesired side effects such as penetrating odour, caustic action and harmful effects on human skin.
Aldepol - AH is not recommended as a replacement for vaccination, but is independently recommended for use as an additional preventive measure.
