Substances like Formaldehyde or Chloringasconections, are used at the present for room decontamination, have though well known serious disadvantages. These problems led to the situation that inventors all over the world have increasing interest in developing new biocide-effective substances, like Akacid, which are not only harmless to humans and animals and environmentally sound, but also have excellent effect against bacteria, fungi, spores and partly viruses.

Within 5 years of research work the basic material AKACID was developed, which will be the basis in many branches of industry for their products. Beside of special patents for procedure, which protect the production procedure, the basic material patent for this active component (molecule) was granted.
AKACID BIOCID, which on one ha ...nd is highly effective with lowest concentration (from 1 ppm) against unicellular life-forms (bacteria, fungus spores and partly viruses), on the other hand completely harmless and absolutely nontoxic to higher life-forms with the necessary concentration for bacteria and fungi, because of its dense molecular structure. This molecule structure leads to the fact that the active element is not effective in connection with clearing sludge, what means further that it is completely harmless for environment.
This statement was proved in the past three years according to prescribed examinations in all relevant areas by international acknowledged institutions and universities and led to notification and acceptance according to the new, since March 2000 effective EU-regulations for biocides. (/biocides/)

Thus we can be sure, that Akacid is a valuable substance in the field of room decontamination. Akacid can be used in all areas of clinical and prophylactic hygiene in both industrial and private areas. In form of a fogging machine Akacid can be used for decontamination of mobile objects like transport vehicles or in buildings like airports, but also for other objects and persons. A large number of experiments showed that in the field of agriculture Akacid - as a friendly biocide - is highly effective especially against highly resistant fungi and germs even with lowest concentration.

The group has already signed a supply contract with Changchun FAW-VW and has become the disinfectant products supplier of Volkswagen (VW).
